Manuel Ihsan has received a World Record Award from the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) for conducting the fastest historical research using Sundanese, focusing on the regional identity of Indonesian youth. The project highlighted how local heritage and language shape young people's sense of belonging amid globalization, showcasing Manuel’s commitment to cultural preservation.

The research was supported by collaborations with institutions such as Padjadjaran University, the National Library of Indonesia, the West Java Provincial Government, and local community leaders. It gained widespread media coverage, marking a key milestone in Manuel’s journey as a young innovator and cultural advocate.

At Accenture Malaysia, Manuel Ihsan secured the Runner-Up position in a national-level business case competition, where he collaborated on solving real-world challenges involving business innovation, marketing strategy, and public relations. The case included aspects of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, requiring teams to incorporate sustainable and ethical practices into their proposed solutions. 

The competition demanded in-depth analysis, strategic thinking, and effective communication to develop and present viable business strategies within tight deadlines. It provided a hands-on opportunity to integrate ESG-driven business strategy with communication, while sharpening his skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and client-oriented problem-solving. 

Manuel Ihsan has actively engaged with GIPA (Global Indonesian Professionals' Association), contributing to its mission of empowering Indonesian professionals worldwide. Through his involvement, Manuel has participated in various initiatives aimed at fostering networking, professional development, and cross-cultural collaboration among members.

As Press and Communication Manager, he leads GIPA’s media and communication efforts covering major international platforms such as the G20 and ASEAN countries. This role has further enhanced his leadership and communication skills while providing a platform to connect with like-minded professionals committed to advancing Indonesia’s presence on the global stage. Manuel’s collaboration with GIPA reflects his dedication to building strong international partnerships and promoting professional excellence.

In his first year at Albukhary International University, Manuel Ihsan was entrusted with the role of President of Media AIU, leading a vibrant, multicultural team of students from diverse countries. He focused on driving digital innovation, implementing cutting-edge media strategies to engage the student body effectively.

Manuel played a key role in launching impactful programs and establishing partnerships that enhanced Media AIU’s presence and capabilities. He also crafted a strategic blueprint for the organization, setting clear goals and a roadmap for Media AIU’s future development and success.
